Opening date for our newly resurfaced courts will be posted as soon as confirmed. We are in the process of getting the courts remarked and hope to have this finished within the next two weeks.
The warm up area is available for use in the meantime.

players with only 40 spots available. Spaces to be filled on first in/first

Come along and receive fitness training from the North
Shore U21 Rugby Coach, as well as qualified Personal Trainers.
At the same time you’ll learn about:
Fitness (tailored to the physics of netball)
Injury prevention (how to prevent injuries/injury treatment & recovery).

Nutrition (fuelling before a game/maintaining high
energy & recovery foods for after the game)
Motivation & determination (tips for being a high performance athlete)

Compulsory Senior Delegates Meeting
Yes it's that's time of the year again !!
The Compulsory Senior delegates meeting will be held Monday 8th April 2013 at 7pm.
If you could please insure that the delegate , coaches, manager or a representative from your school/club attend this meeting as this is when you will receive all important information for the 2013 HBC netball season.
I will be sending out a friendly reminder closer to the meeting with an attached agenda .
