North Harbour Coaching Session - Nov 18th 9am

It’s the end of the season and some of us have switched to Christmas mode, for those who haven’t and are still looking at keeping their coach education ticking over we are proud to be bringing you the last module for the year run at North Harbour.

The "Fit for the Season" Module giving you and your players a head start  for the 2013 season.

"Fit for the season" includes the basic principles of conditioning for netball and basic Nutrition for netball and is being delivered by Sian Clancy, Netball Smart Coordinator from Netball New Zealand.

This Sunday November 18^th  9.00 am Players’ Lounge  please let Megan know if you are wanting to attend.

Attention Beginning and New Coaches HBC Netball is running MY TEAM AND ME (MT&M) A NZ coaching force workshop

This module is designed for beginner or young coaches from Yr 7/8, Secondary School and Adults

It is run By NZ Netball Coaching Force and Megan Mckenzie HBC Netball Coaching Coordinator

Date: Wednesday 14th November 2012

Arrive: 4:15pm

Time: 4:30pm–6.30pm

Cost: $25.00

Senior Twilight

Senior Mixed Twilight registrations have now closed as the competition is full. We have had a total of 34 teams registered and will start with a 10 team College grade at 5.40pm, followed by the Senior Competitive and Social grades at 6.30pm and 7.15pm. Competition starts on Tuesday 23rd October. Payment of Team fees is required prior to 14th October to ensure your place in the draw.

Coaching Update

Congratulations to our Coaching coordinator Megan McKenzie who has completed the 5 community coaching modules to have received the NNZ Community Coach award. The five modules required to complete the Community Coach Award are Player Centre Coaching, Planning, Team Building, Communication and Managing Others and Skills Analysis.

Hibiscus Coast Netball AGM 21/11/12 7pm

We would love to see all clubs and schools present at our 2012 AGM to be held at the Netball Centre on Wednesday 21st of November at 7pm.

Congratulations to our Rep and Senior Teams...

...For winning the Oldfield Shield for 2012.

Our year 7, year 8, U15, U17 and Senior Teams performed admirably on the day to bring home the shield.

Well done girls.

A special thank you to our coaches, managers and umpires for all your work too.

Toll Gate

Thank you for all your kind donations. We have raised $1250 to assit with the cost of having St Johns at our courts on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Regarding Hoops

Reminder that year 3-4 are on low hoops, and year 5-6 are on high hoops.

Rules and Regulations Update.

Please read the 2012 regulations as there have been some changes.

The Intermediate, College and Senior (includes Premier) are deemed seperate competitons.
An Intermediate student can be regeistered in both the Intermediate grade and College grade.
A College student can be regeistered in both the College grade and a Senior grade.

Welcome to the 2012 Netball Season and our new updated website.  

Registrations will be open 1 March 2012 for you to complete online and close 30 March 2012.  

The Season will begin for:

Juniors Thursday April 26th

Seniors Saturday April 28th.

Our prices this season are:

Premier & senior teams $850.00

Collegiate, Intermediate & Junior $550.00 per team
